Common questions

What happens after the 14-day trial?

The extension shows a lock screen when your trial ends. Your data stays intact — nothing is deleted. You can subscribe to Plus to continue, or earn free days through feedback, sharing, and referrals. Tracking pauses on the lock screen but resumes the moment you unlock.

Can I earn free days instead of subscribing?

Yes. Submit feedback (+14 days), share Kontinuity on social (+7 days), or refer a friend (+14 days each). See the full details on the Earn Free Days page. Earned days stack with each other and with your trial.

How does payment work?

Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. After checkout, you'll receive a license key by email — paste it into Kontinuity's Settings tab to unlock Plus. Accepted: all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, UPI, and 30+ other methods. Available in 220+ countries.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime. Manage and cancel your subscription directly through your Dodo Payments account. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

What is the annual plan?

Pay $48 once for a full year — that's $4/month, saving you two months compared to monthly billing. Toggle the Monthly / Annual switch above the pricing cards to see the annual price and checkout.

What is the Pro tier?

Pro is coming soon with advanced features: Prompt Onboarding Tool, Tips Engine, Context Drift Detection, Firefox/Edge support, and GitHub integration. Click "Notify Me at Launch" on the Pro card above to get an early access email when it's ready.

Does Kontinuity send my data anywhere?

No. All your token data, session history, and costs are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB. Nothing leaves your device. Kontinuity intercepts API responses locally — it never sees your prompts or responses, only the usage metadata.
